Deposit for wedding (placed by bride and groom)
($40 per wedding)
If a wedding is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, the $40 deposit becomes non-refundable.
Down payment for individual rentals and group members
($20 per order)
If an individual cancels less than 14 days prior to the event, the $20 down payment becomes non-refundable.
Damage wavier fee
($3 per order)
A $3.00 ACCIDENTAL damage fee is a automatically added to your rental. If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental is not returned, you will also be charged full replacement cost of the items.
Rush order fee
($20 per order)
An order is considered placed only after you have been fitted, final measurements taken and a down payment is made on an individual rental. Wedding party members orders placed less then 14 days before the event will incur a rush fee as will individuals orders placed less than 7 days before the event.
Style change fee.
Applicable on style changes made less then 14 days before the event.
Late return fee.
($20 per order)
Applies when the rental is not returned by the close of business on the scheduled return date.
Refunds
All refunds are made in the same form received. If register funds are insufficient for a cash refund, a check will be issued from our corporate office. Checks are typically issued within 5 to 7 business days.
Limitation of Liability
To ensure accuracy and fit please allow ample time to try on your tuxedo rental at time of pick up. Note if a final fitting is not completed in our store your “Correct Fit Guarantee” is automatically voided. Our total liability is limited to the total charges paid by the customer.
